“ My mom and I split a Rhode Island sized buffalo chicken pizza. It was both delicious and filling. Note: we didn't see the Alaska, but likely good for more people, bigger appetites or leftovers. Also, it paired nicely with their local beer selection; I prefer IPA. I loved the bacon and the chicken was crispy with a good balance of sauce. It looked like a comfortable dining room. We sat in the bar where all the TVs were on something different (good for hockey/basketball season). The staff was friendly and we would come back next time we're in Fairbanks. ”
“ Burger was pretty good, salad was big, chicken sandwich my husband got was good. Only thing that would be nice if if they did hand made/pressed thicker burgers, I think it's a pretty easy change and makes burgers taste so good. It tasted like a standard store bought/pre formed patty and was a little thin/dry. Still probably the best burger I've had in Fairbanks since moving though just would be easy to make it amazing with that one change! I had a classic hamburger added cheese and bacon. ”
“ Ambiance was very cozy and the food was absolutely delicious 10/10. Great service, will definitely be back. ”
“ We are new to Fairbanks and from the moment we walked into Banks, we were made to feel welcome and like family. We sat on the patio where our friendly dog was welcomed. Service was attentive and super friendly. The greeters at the front were also super friendly. There's a good selection of pub-style food and local brews. We really appreciated the warm and friendly welcome! There are plenty of tvs around playing sports games as well. ”
“ Great Elk burger! Service was fast, and ambiance was descent. Not very many restaurants in the area but this is a good one. ”
“ We thoroughly enjoyed this laid back Alehouse and eatery, in the city of Fairbanks. The interior was airy and clean, with lots of TV's for your viewing pleasure. The banks had plenty of local beer on tap. Service was excellent with everything we ordered cooked to our liking. Their pan cookie is, chefs kiss! ”
